What makes a team successful? Is it talent, strategy, or something else? In this workshop we will work on the fundamental building blocks of a strong and sustainable team. Sabine Appelmans shares her experiences from top-level sports and links these to scientific insights about cooperation and team development. After an interactive session we translate these principles to the padel court, where you learn to communicate, anticipate and win together as a team.

How to put these principles into practice through a dynamic padel session
