Hockey is known for its speed, team cohesion and strategic collaboration. In this workshop, participants will actively work on the basic techniques of the sport, under the guidance of an experienced (Olympic) coach. But there is more to it: the exercises are designed to bring team values to life—such as trust, connection, focus or communication.

We start with a short explanation of the game and explore which values are central to the team or company. This is followed by a warm-up, practical exercises and of course… a match! This workshop is ideal for working on team dynamics in a fresh, physical and playful way.

Coweco believes that real team growth comes from experience. By moving together, making mistakes and sharing successes, colleagues get to know each other in a new way. This workshop fits in perfectly with our broader trajectory on teamwork and can also be combined with a Perfect Team session.

What you will learn in this workshop:

The basic techniques of hockey and what it demands of a team
How collaboration and communication translate to the playing field
How you work as a team around 3 chosen core values (e.g. connection, trust, results)
How fun and focus go hand in hand
